Bronwlow Houses

KSdesign were asked to come up with design proposals for a former builder’s yard, a site that had not been used for many years. The resulting development comprises a 2 storey terrace of three 2 bedroom starter homes.
The quality of the internal spaces was the key driver to ensure that all spaces are bright, comfortable and are able to create privacy both for and from the neighbouring properties.
Because of the great public transport facilities located a short distance away, the scheme is car‐free.

KSdesign were involved in all RIBA stages of the project including design, planning, Building Regulations and working drawings.
