Alexandra Park Rd Basement

The Alexandra Park Road basement is located on the same building that was previously redesigned by KSdesign.
The basement of the house was excavated to create the space for a three bedroom flat, and a large lightwell was added to flood the main living areas with natural light.
We also amended the original front façade to allow for two windows that serve two of the bedrooms. The generous floor to ceiling height has been combined combined with a spacious and practical layout with contemporary fittings throughout.

KSdesign were involved in all RIBA stages of the project including design, planning, Building Regulations and working drawings.
